for Using the Artist Photo Studio

Studio Equipment, Machinery, and White Cyclorama Guidelines

1. White Cyclorama Use:

   • Avoid placing feet or objects within 50cm of the curve's edge.

   • The curved (R) section is fragile. Confirm shooting positions and distances beforehand.

   • Be cautious when placing heavy items in the cyclorama to avoid damage or dents (wooden surface).

2. Footwear Rules:

   • No outdoor shoes are allowed inside the cyclorama. Use protective soles for shooting footwear.

   • For plans with protective sheets, outdoor shoes are permitted, but stepping outside the sheet is prohibited. Cleaning fees may apply if dirtied.

3. Repainting Fees:

   • Severe dirt on white cyclorama requiring repainting will incur an additional fee of ¥5,000 + tax.

4. Free Equipment:

   • The studio takes no responsibility for malfunction, defects, or user issues with free equipment. Refunds or replacements are not available.

5. Rented Equipment:

   • Paid rental equipment must be reserved in advance. Liability for failure is limited to the rental fee.

6. Damage Responsibility:

   • Customers are responsible for damage, loss, or staining of equipment or facilities caused by negligence. A damage deposit of ¥500,000 for the cyclorama and ¥100,000 for equipment must be paid immediately.

Prohibited Activities

1. Content Restrictions:

   • Adult video (AV) and nude photography are strictly prohibited.

2. Facility Damage:

   • Drilling, adhesives, painting, or other alterations to the premises are not allowed. Damages will incur fees.

3. Other Prohibitions:

   • NO SMOKING INSIDE!!

   • Smoking, open flames, dangerous items, and materials causing dirt (e.g., animals, liquids, sprays) are forbidden.

   • Cutting hair inside the studio is strictly prohibited.

   • Additionally, if glitter, loose threads from costumes, or hair fall onto the studio floor due to outfits or shooting methods, you are required to take precautionary measures such as protective coverings and perform cleaning afterward.

   • If excessive residues are left behind in the studio, a cleaning fee may be charged.

Waste Management

1. Garbage Disposal:

   • Customers must take all trash with them. Disposal service is available for ¥1,000 + tax per 45L bag.

   • Additional fees apply for certain items like metals or cardboard.

Entry, Exit, and Fees

1. Reservation Times:

   • All setup and cleanup must occur within the reserved time. Overtime fees apply (20% surcharge, charged in 30-minute increments).

2. Payment:

   • Payment is due on-site in cash during the rental period. First-time users must present and provide a copy of identification.

3. Cancellation Policy:

   • Cancellations made within one week to two days before the reservation incur a 50% fee. Cancellations one day prior or on the day incur a 100% fee.

Other Rules

1. Shared Spaces:

   • Keep shared areas like corridors clear. Avoid disturbing other tenants.

2. Noise:

   • Keep speaker volume low to prevent sound leakage. Complaints may result in restrictions.

3. Liability:

   • The studio is not responsible for fire, theft, or damage to user property, nor for human injury or accidents within the premises.

4. Force Majeure:

   • The studio is not liable for external factors (e.g., natural disasters, transportation issues) preventing usage.

5. Compensation Limitations:

   • If usage issues occur (e.g., double bookings, equipment failure), refunds are limited to studio fees. Additional costs (e.g., staffing, rentals) are NOT covered.

By using the studio, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. Non-compliance may result in immediate termination of use without refunds.
