“We both work in creative fields, so we’re picky about visuals, but the lighting and color were exactly our taste. During the shoot he’d say, ‘What about this kind of tone?’

撮影中も『こういうトーンはどう？』と
一緒に提案してくれて、

ただ食事に行くだけじゃもったいないなと思い、
思い切ってスタジオ撮影をお願いしました。
最初はお互い少し照れくさかったのですが、

結果的に、指輪を交換した日の写真よりも

“For our 20th anniversary we wanted something more than just going out for dinner, so we decided to try a studio shoot. At first we were both a bit shy, but with clear direction on poses and eye lines, it started to feel like we were just having fun together. In the end, I feel these photos show ‘who we are now’ even better than our wedding pictures.”

“Now that our son is in junior high, we’d been taking far fewer proper family photos, so we decided to book a session. We thought we had plenty of phone pictures, but with professional lighting it was amazing how different we looked—in a good way. Our son was shy at first, but the photographer’s energy brought out his usual smile. I’m really glad we did this now.”

“We told him we didn’t just want a normal anniversary shot, but something like a movie poster. During the shoot he crafted the lighting and poses very precisely, and in the final image, with background compositing and grading, it looks like we’re in some impossible sci-fi world. When we showed friends, they asked, ‘What movie is this for?’ which made us both grin.”

「せっかくなので、普通の記念写真だけでなく、
映画のポスターみたいな一枚を作りたい、と相談しました。
撮影中に光の当て方やポーズをかなり細かく作ってくれて、
仕上がりでは背景合成と色調整で、
まるでSF映画のビジュアルのような“ありえない世界”に。
友人に見せたら『どこの映画の宣伝？』と言われて、

出来上がった写真は、まさに“あの世界観”の中に
入りこんだような一枚で、
